Questions
How is the fuel cost calculated?
Fuel needed = Distance ÷ Mileage. Fuel cost = Fuel needed × Price per litre. For 300 km at 15 km/l and ₹105 a litre: 20 litres × ₹105 = ₹2,100.
What mileage should I use?
Use your real-world highway mileage, which is usually lower than the company (ARAI) figure. Mileage drops with AC use, heavy load and city traffic.
Does it include tolls?
No — only fuel. Add FASTag tolls, parking and food separately.
